Meagan and Kara
Meagan Good's maternal grandmother Tyra was a teenager working at Panorama City as a manager and father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman with the LAPD. The acting career of Meagan Good began around the age of four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three siblings. At the start of her profession, Ms. Williams worked as an extra on television. At the age of thirteen, she was cast as the character Friday in the year 1995. She first gained attention for her character as the troubled teen Cisely Batiste in Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she was awarded two nominations, including her first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good had minor roles in films and on television for a couple of years before transitioning into more mature roles around the beginning of 2000s. She was Nina, Nickelodeon T.V.'s Cousin Skeeter. It ran from 1998 until 2001. She also had tiny roles in the movies House Party to the Last Minute (1998) and 3 Strikes (2000). In 2003 she played Vanessa Scott, a character in My Wife and Kids. She appeared in D.E.B.S the action comedy movie which earned her a nomination for Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years, she was in several films such as You've Got Yourself Served, Cookout The Venom: One Mistake Call, Waist Deep, and The Love Guru. In 2012, while doing work on T.V. and in films, she played Mya and her character Ms. Stevens respectively in Think Like a Man featuring an impressive cast, and Dysfunctional Friends, which starred a smaller group. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Born in Texas Killmer was one of the students at Baylor University in Waco Texas which she graduated with the B.F.A. degree in the performing arts in 2010. She began her screen career with If you Can Dream, a web series. Kara Killmer's career on screen began in the year 2010 when she appeared on the pilot episode of Simon Fuller's Hulu television show If I Can Dream. The show was based on a group of performers that move into the house of Hollywood California.
