Wilson started her professional career as a fitness trainer, however, in the latter part of the 90s she made a foray into sports entertainment after a trip to WCW. The wrestler was her former boyfriend. She ended up accompanying Scott Steiner to the ring, and stayed in the industry for a good ten years in the years following. Wilson was a wrestler in WCW at times, however she was also the manager of competitors such as David Flair. Billy Kidman. Shanth Douglas. Wilson was a part of WWE just a few months after WWE purchased WCW. A combination of her sporting ability and passion for entertainment made Wilson a good choice to WWE at a time when WWE was in its highest level of activity. Wilson's friendship with her pal (and sometimes adversary) Stacy Keibler helped make her a key figure in WCW's invasion of WWE. Wilson's involvement with WCW's women's WWE division was initiated after that assault. Wilson had memorable rivalries among them Keibler, Sable, Melina as well as Melina, Sable, and Keibler. Her family was even in danger when she took on Dawn Marie for their honor.
